Terms of Service: Explorer Agreement

Welcome to **UOOLS**. These terms and conditions outline the foundational **Explorer Agreement** and govern the use of our research network and services. By accessing this network, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use **UOOLS** if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Network Access

By registering for a **Lumen Explorer Account** or submitting a research **Signal**, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (The Agreement), all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. Access to the **UOOLS** network is a privilege granted upon **Curator approval** and can be revoked if The Agreement is breached.

2. Explorer Accounts & Security

To access certain features of the network, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your devices. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your Explorer account or access key.

3. Signal Transmission & Copyright

• By transmitting your research **Signal** ("Work") to **UOOLS**, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the Work as part of our public archive.
• You, the **Explorer**, retain the sole copyright to your Work. You are free to archive, republish, and distribute your Work, provided that you give credit to **UOOLS** as the original place of publication/transmission.
• You warrant that the **Signal** is your original creation, that you are the sole Explorer/author, and that it does not infringe upon any copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party.

4. Curator Review Process

All transmitted Signals are subject to a rigorous **Curator Review** process. **UOOLS** reserves the right to reject any submission at its sole discretion, based on issues of rigor, methodology, or alignment with the core mission of **Lumen Exploration**. We do not guarantee confirmation of any submitted Work. The decisions of our Curators and review board are final.

5. Explorer Conduct

You agree not to use the network for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the network in any way that could damage the network, services, or the general mission of **UOOLS**.

6. Disclaimers

The materials on the **UOOLS** network are provided on an 'as is' basis. **UOOLS** makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall **UOOLS** or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our network, even if **UOOLS** or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Arizona, United States, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

9. Changes to Terms

**UOOLS** reserves the right to revise this Explorer Agreement for its network at any time without notice. By using this network, you are agreeing to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms of Service.
