Common **Lumen** queries about our Signal transmission and Curator review process.
**UOOLS** is dedicated to research that explores the intersection of **Lumen Practice** and rigorous scholarly documentation. We welcome Signals in fields such as **Energetic Sciences**, consciousness studies, **Non-Local Influence**, and **The Great Work**. Our primary focus is on scholarly work that is rigorous, innovative, and explores the deeper questions of reality and directed intention.
Every Signal transmitted to **UOOLS** undergoes a rigorous **double-blind Curator Review** process. Submissions are assessed by at least two anonymous expert reviewers in the relevant field. The process is designed to ensure the highest standards of intellectual integrity, verifiable methods, and contribution to the overall body of knowledge. Decisions are based on reviewer feedback and the determination of our Curatorial Board.
The Explorer always retains the copyright to their **Signal**. By publishing with **UOOLS**, you grant us a non-exclusive license to publish and distribute your Signal. You are free to share, archive, and republish your work elsewhere, provided that you credit **UOOLS** as the original platform of publication. We believe in empowering Explorers and ensuring their work reaches the widest possible audience.
To transmit your research, please create an account and navigate to the "**Transmit Signal**" page. You will be prompted to provide your manuscript as a PDF file, along with an abstract, keywords, and other relevant metadata. Before submitting, we strongly encourage you to review our Submission Guidelines for detailed formatting and content requirements.
Currently, **UOOLS** does not charge any Signal Transmittal Fees or other charges. Our mission is to disseminate knowledge and provide a platform for innovative research, regardless of an Explorer's financial resources. This policy is subject to review as we expand our **Lumen Network**.
The **Curator Review** duration can vary depending on the complexity of the **Signal** and the availability of qualified Curators. On average, you can expect an initial decision within 8 to 12 weeks of transmission. We are committed to providing a thorough yet timely review for all our Explorers.
